Sizes vary from brand to brand, so here's how ours actually run — based on thirty years of fitting people in the shop rather than a chart from a catalogue.

How our brands run

CECIL and Fransa — a generous fit

These two come up roughly one size larger than the letter suggests. An extra small fits a size 10, a small fits a 12, a medium fits a 14, and so on up.

If you normally take a 12, order the small.

Street One, Culture and YEW — true to size

These run as you'd expect. A small is a 10, a medium is a 12, a large is a 14.

Order your usual size.

Everything else

Our other brands are true to size. If anything runs differently we'll say so in the product description.

This is the part a chart can't do. Phone 063 21855 during shop hours and tell us what you normally take and what you're looking at — we'll tell you honestly whether to size up, size down, or stay as you are. We do it every day.

Free delivery anywhere in Ireland on orders over €100, and you can always choose click and collect and try it on in the shop.

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland — €10.00

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver your item(s) within 3–5 working days when ordered before midday.

Orders placed on Fridays or at the weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday, as the shop is closed Sunday and Monday.

A signature will be requested on delivery, as all parcels are sent recorded delivery or An Post next day.

SHIPPING TO THE UK

For sales with a value less than £135 there is generally no customs duty. Otherwise, Royal Mail or the parcel courier must collect VAT and customs duty where applicable. These duties typically range from 0% to 25% of the goods' value.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free click and collect from the shop. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Email info@charismafashions.ie with the date your order was placed, your order number, your full name, billing address and phone number, and we'll check the status for you. Or ring the shop on 063 21855.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? YOU HAVE 14 DAYS

If you order online and change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel. You don't need to give a reason.

Just email info@charismafashions.ie with your order number, or ring us on 063 21855.

Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to post the item back.

This applies to everything, including sale items.

YOUR REFUND

We'll refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery charge you paid, back to the card or account you used.

We aim to process refunds within two working days of the item reaching us. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days after that to appear.

Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing — in which case we'll cover it.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Please send items back unworn, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. We'd ask you to check everything over before removing labels.

If shoes come back with postage labels stuck to the shoebox we can't resell them, so please put the shoebox inside another box or bag.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings, hairbands, hair clips or other hair accessories once opened.

EXCHANGES

We don't process exchanges on online orders. If you need a different size, order the size you want and send the first one back for a refund — that way you're not waiting.

Better still, ring us first on 063 21855 and we'll tell you how the brand runs before you order. It saves everyone the postage.

IF SOMETHING IS FAULTY

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply regardless of anything on this page, and they last well beyond 14 days.
